CRM
The scope chosen for the CRM rollout breaks down into 4 areas:
- management and monitoring of international masters prospects (DRIPA) ;
- management and monitoring of relations between companies and schools (DEVRE - DFVS);
- management and monitoring of incubated projects and management of incubation agreements (DEVRE);
- management and monitoring of student internship agreements.
At a later date, the scope of CRM use may be extended in the light of experience feedback.
Implementation is divided into 6 stages:
- administrative purchase of licenses and CRM integration services for the school ;
- the integrator's understanding of the school's needs and processes;
- identification of necessary data fields;
- CRM configuration with the identified data fields;
- importing school data into the CRM;
- training the school's CRM administrators and its first users.
The CRM will go live in June 2024.
