   Call for participation

   A multi-media communication campaign (e-mail, intranet, TV screen, etc.) has been launched to invite school users to participate in proposing a "responsible digital" policy and associated action plan. Once the policy has been validated by management, the actions in the action plan will be carried out according to the defined timetable.

   12/09/2024 - 31/10/2024

   Discover responsible digital

   Students and staff at the school are invited to discover what digital responsibility is, and its different facets, through a participative watch. If you know of an explanatory or illustrative resource that you find interesting, share it and tell us what you like about it.

   Do you have questions about digital responsibility? Don't understand certain terms? Post your questions and the community will get back to you.

   Photographing what exists

   Numerous actions have already been taken within the school to reduce its digital footprint. But not everyone is aware of them. We invite you to share any such actions you are aware of within the school.

   04/11/2024 - 19/01/2025

   Co-writing a policy

   Based on a snapshot of existing actions and the current digital footprint, a proposal for a "Responsible Digital" policy will be co-constructed with users through :

   • an online collection of commitments that everyone would like to see the school adopt
   • 3 face-to-face group workshops to identify the ambitions based on the commitments collected, to allocate the commitments to each ambition, and to draft the policy.
   • an online activity to give feedback on the policy proposal resulting from the 3 face-to-face workshops.

   20/01/2025 - 14/02/2025

   Approval of the "Responsible Digital" policy

   The school's management and board of directors will adopt a "Responsible Digital" policy based on the proposal co-constructed in this project. They are free to make any changes they deem necessary. Once the policy has been validated, it will be circulated and used as the basis for an action plan.

   17/02/2025 - 27/04/2025

   Co-writing an action plan

   In a similar way to the writing of the policy, an action plan, aimed at achieving the validated objectives, will be co-constructed with users through :

   • an online collection of actions meeting the commitments validated by school management
   • 3 face-to-face group workshops to prioritize actions and draw up the action plan.
   • an online activity to give feedback on the proposed action plan resulting from the 3 face-to-face workshops.

   The action plan will be submitted to the school's DD&RS steering committee for its opinion, and then to the school management for a decision.

   28/04/2025 - 30/05/2025

   Action plan approval

   The school management and steering committee will adopt a "Responsible Digital" action plan based on the proposal co-constructed in this project. They are free to make any modifications they deem necessary. Once validated, the action plan will be distributed to all school users. The implementation of these actions will be the subject of specific projects.
